PERSONALIZED COACHING

MENTORING PROGRAM:
LET IRWIN POLLACK COACH YOU TO SUCCESS!

The Irwin Pollack Mentoring Program is designed to empower you with the focus, training and accountability you need to achieve the consistent results you demand in the most important areas of your business life.  Just as a personal fitness trainer helps you raise your results in your body, your Irwin Pollack Coach will challenge, support and show you how to attain the results you desire and deserve in your business life!

The six month program (providing unlimited access to Irwin by e-mail, phone, regular mail, etc.) offers owners, sellers and managers the specific help they need to strategically and tactically accomplish their most important goals:

  • Over-perform your sales goals
  • Transform a complacent sales staff into a high-energy, motivated staff
  • Revamp your sales culture
  • Recruit an “A Team” of salespeople
  • Design your sales meeting agendas
  • Critique resumes
  • Overcome client objections to sales proposals

“I am very happy with the way things turned out (thrilled actually).  Your mentoring and coaching program has given me the training and skills necessary to make the transition from GSM to GM.  Irwin – you are open, easily accessible and full of ideas.  If you are serious about your career and are serious about getting ahead, Irwin Pollack is a must.”

Rich Delancey, Burlington VT

The fee for this program is $200 a week, which separates out those who are serious about their business, and is easily recouped through increased revenues.  Admission is limited.  If there are no openings there is a “first come, first served” waiting list.  There is another version of the program that has been chosen by about 20% of the participants.  In addition to the arrangement above, it provides for a once a term personal visit to ensure progress against specific business objectives.  The fee for that version is an additional $5,000 (plus travel).

If this is something that you see value in, the first step is scheduling a phone appointment with Irwin Pollack himself.  The two of you reach a mutual decision as to whether or not the program is right for you.  If it is, the first step is studying your business objectives, your core competencies and your personal goals.

Some people call Irwin daily, some weekly, some monthly.  More than 90% of all phone calls or written correspondence is responded to within 24 hours.

The fee is required to begin the process or to claim a place on the waiting list.  The fee may be paid in installments, but the process doesn’t begin until payment is complete.  The fee is non-refundable, no exceptions.  Irwin takes checks or the four standard credit cards.

When you take-on the Irwin Pollack Mentoring Program, you enter a partnership that will change your life.  Irwin Pollack – and all of his team – takes this responsibility seriously and we deliver!   If you’re committed and driven to take your career to the next level, Irwin promises it will be extraordinarily rewarding.

If you want to grow both your annual sales and income by 10 percent a year, you probably don’t need me. Hard work, word-of-mouth, and a reasonably healthy economy should do the trick. And besides, that kind of growth would not justify paying a sales trainer.
